Terms of Service

Welcome to the website of Ultimate Bimmercare & Performance. By accessing or using our site, scheduling an appointment, or approving repair work, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

 

1. General Information

Ultimate Bimmercare & Performance is an independent BMW & MINI specialty shop located in Ocala, Florida. We provide high-quality diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and performance upgrade services using OEM or OES parts whenever available.

 

2. Service Authorization and Estimates

By approving a repair or service estimate, the customer agrees to the terms outlined on this page and authorizes Ultimate Bimmercare & Performance to perform the work described. Additional services or repairs found necessary will be communicated and require further approval before work proceeds.

 

3. Deposits for Special Repairs

In certain cases, such as repairs involving:

  • Special-order dealer parts

  • Aftermarket performance parts

  • Large mechanical components (e.g. engines, transmissions, differentials)

we reserve the right to require a deposit in advance to secure parts and schedule service. This is determined at our discretion based on the scope of work and parts availability.

 

4. Warranty Policy

We stand by the quality of our work. For standard repairs and services, we offer a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty on both labor and parts (whichever comes first), provided that:

  • The parts are supplied by us

  • The vehicle is operated under normal driving conditions

  • There has been no tampering, modification, or abuse of the vehicle

Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:

  • Engine, transmission, differential, or transfer case replacements (see specific policy for those, these parts are typically warrantied by the manufacturer)

  • Repairs based on prior incorrect work and/or prior installations of parts that were not supplied by us

  • Any issues that may arise from using customer supplied lubricants

  • Used or refurbished engines, which are warrantied by the supplier or manufacturer

  • Repairs arising from racing, track use, off-road driving, or unauthorized performance modifications

 

5. No Warranty on Aftermarket Performance Parts

All aftermarket performance parts and modifications installed by Ultimate Bimmercare & Performance are sold AS-IS with no warranty, expressed or implied. We are not liable for any damage arising from the use of such parts. Performance parts are often intended for off-road use and may void manufacturer warranties.

We do not offer or create custom or proprietary tuning services. We only install tuning solutions from reputable third-party vendors such as MHD and Bootmod3, when purchased directly by the customer or through their authorized dealers. All such installations are performed at the customer’s own risk.

 

6. Customer-Supplied Parts Policy

We do not accept customer-supplied parts for liability and quality control reasons. In rare cases, we may allow customer-supplied engine oil for oil services, but all other components must be sourced through us. We will always try our best to price match reputable suppliers to offer a fair value without compromising quality or coverage.

7. Diagnosis-Only Services
Customers who request diagnostic services only understand and agree that all diagnostic fees are non-refundable and cover the professional time, tools, and expertise used to assess the vehicle. Diagnostic results are provided for informational purposes only. Ultimate Bimmercare & Performance does not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of any repair performed outside our facility based on these findings, and no warranty applies unless repairs are completed by us.

 

8. Third-Party Warranty Companies

If you are covered by a third-party extended warranty, we may be able to work with your provider. However:

  • You are responsible for covering any non-covered repairs, diagnostic fees, and labor costs not approved by the warranty company.

  • An administrative processing fee (typically $95) will apply to cover the time spent handling the claim.

  • Work will not begin until payment arrangements are finalized.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Ultimate Bimmercare & Performance is not responsible for damage or loss to vehicles or items left in vehicles due to fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control. Customers are encouraged to remove personal belongings before leaving their vehicle for service.

 

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
