Lewis is the founder and driving force behind Ultimate Bimmercare & Performance—but his path into the BMW world didn’t start with a wrench. While he doesn’t turn wrenches on customer cars, his technical knowledge and lifelong obsession with performance vehicles shape everything the shop stands for.
That passion began at age 8 in Puerto Rico, when he first saw his dad’s best friend’s MK4 Supra—one of the island’s early single-turbo builds. Weekends were spent on Gran Turismo and flipping through tuner magazines, and although the import scene hooked him, a silver E36 M3 with Vader seats quietly planted the BMW seed. Years later, after owning several models, he finally landed his dream car: a V8 E90 M3 with the legendary S65, which he considers peak BMW engineering.
Despite working in another field, Lewis was offered a Service Advisor role at a BMW specialist—not for experience, but for his genuine knowledge and enthusiasm. He took the leap, excelled immediately, and spent seven years learning the industry, building relationships, and climbing the ladder all the way to Service Manager, before finally realizing his true calling: creating a BMW specialty shop of his own.
Today, that dream is real. Lewis leads Ultimate Bimmercare with the same passion that started it all—delivering dealership-level service with true enthusiast care.

1. Favorite BMW of all time?
- That's easy! My car. The E9X M3. The chassis balance, the feel.. It's modern BMW at it's boldest ever. Raw, emotional and timeless.
2. Dream build with infinite money?
- A fully built S65 swapped E82. Nothing wilder than a small chassis like the 1 with a LOUD 8 cylinder in it.
3. What's the first car that made you fall in love with the automotive world?
- A single-turbo MK4 Supra in Puerto Rico when I was 8. That car shaped everything I love about performance cars today.
4. What do you enjoy the most about running a BMW specialty shop?
- Being surrounded by the cars and community I love every day. Helping owners understand their vehicles and being a part of people's builds is the perfect blend of passion and purpose.
